Opening night review and pictures by Ian
“Hi Tribers
Just back from Cardiff,
A few things about the show (my opinions).
SO colourful and fun, and non stop, our girl really moves. According to some newspapers etc there were boo’s regarding the lateness, but I failed to hear any?!
After hearing a low quality recording of the Vogue rehersal i was worried as it souded very odd and didn’t fit properly, I WAS SO WRONG *VOGUE* had to be one of my highlights, the dance the beat everything was awesome!!!
The costumes are really revealing and my god does she have some muscle lol.
Like a Prayer will blow people away (had the whole crowd dancing into a frenzy).
Devil… truly haunting and fantastic.
Beat Goes On OMG is all I will say OMG.
The Gypsy theme section was really amazing and totally worked and the end with *you must love me* sat at the end of the runway was magical.
Everything about this show is just beyond my expectations and I cant wait for London-
Regarding the merchandise, the t-shirts are great but it would have been nice to see some different images used, the programme is beautiful and a real must *have* once again a little let down by the lack of posters but hey i don’t care i have just witnessed what come become Madonna’s best tour to date..
much love to you all
Ian
