Madonna scored a double #1 this week topping both the UK single and album charts for the fourth time in her career.
Madonna’s new release “Hard Candy” entered straight to #1 and “4 Minutes” was confirmed as the #1 single for the third week.
Announcing the new placements the Official UK Charts Company said no other female solo artist has had simultaneous number ones more than once.
