Captures from the Maidstone broadcast

Here are a few captures from the TV broadcast of Madonna’s six-song performance at the Big Weekend.

The show was a virtual carbon-copy of her promo gigs in New York and Paris with the same setlist and almost identical speeches.

Madonna sang a few lines of “Satisfaction” this time and not only played the Rolling Stones song’s guitar riff. Despite the Queen of Pop throw a few hints herself, Pharrell or Justin only appeared on the screens.

Before the show they broadcast some of the Jo Wiley interview done in New York, and on BBC1 they are advertising a Madonna Special to broadcast on Tuesday night – which is supposed to be highlights of the Maidstone performance and lots of the Jo Wiley interview.
