M-Tribe Community member ucmarc just got back from the first Madonna concert in Fresno, and his comment is simply: WOW!!!

“I won’t do a full review, but here are a few bits and pieces about the show tonight…

It was definitely not sold out… I had a floor seats right in front of the catwalk and I looked around at the beginning and there were a good handful of empty seats.. oh well.

The show started at 8:45pm.

During her crazy seizure part in “Let It Will Be” she almost pushed the mic off the stage, but managed to grab it before it fell off. After she picked it up you could barely hear her when she started singing again so she yelled “Turn my mic on motherf*cker!!“.

I saw a few people leave during “Live to Tell“… but barely enough people to make a scene out of it… I think people just saw it as a potty break.

She didn’t say anything about people sitting down, or having to force anyone to get up and dance.

Contrary to some rumors… Fresno did have the two side catwalks.

A few things she said…
“Don’t throw sh*t on my stage, motherf*ckers!

It’s not very nice!! But I Still love you!”

“This isn’t Fres-NO… this is Fres-YES!!!” (U can bet I went crazy for that!!)

“You guys are the best!” (after the sing-a-long part of ‘Hung Up’)

Not too sure about the end… but the “Have You Confessed?” screen was left on for a long time and it took awhile for the lights to go back up, so people were expecting an encore… which is probably why some rumors have been going around that she did one. However, she did not. Ooooh well.
