It’s called a dance floor, and here’s what it’s for

Fans have been wondering for a while if the title of Madonna’s new studio album is “Confessions on a Dance Floor” or “Confessions on a Dancefloor”, and now it seems it’s been settled…

Most of the earlier press releases have said “dancefloor”, but below you can see how the title appears on the official album info sheet, and online retailers who had it incorrectly are now changing the listed to “Dance Floor” as two separate words.

This also means that acronym-aholics should start using COADF to identify Madonna’s 11th studio album. It’s not that big of a deal, but it’s nice to know the proper album title.
