CNBCEurope cancelled Tsunami Aid broadcast due to licensing issues

Our friend and Tribe forum moderator Jamesy from the madonna-tv.com website has contacted CNBC Europe to enquire about the double cancellation of the Tsunami Aid Benefit on their satellite channel.

The person James spoke to said that the cancellation of the program was a last minute decision due to complicated licensing issues.

When James enquired about a possible future broadcast he has been told they have no plans now to air it at all. “It’s definitely not going to air on CNBC-Europe now“, they said.

Further to that, they knew of no plans for the show to be broadcast by any other UK channel.

Our friend Steve also called CNBC head office in London this morning and received a similar info.
