X-STaTiC PRo=CeSS in Paris
As MadonnaTribe‘s team member Wannabe exclusively revealed few weeks ago to our readers, X-STaTiC PRo=CeSS the Madonna/Steven Klein collaboration is travelling from London to Paris with Scouts Gallery to be exhibited at Paris Photo this month.
Founded in 1997, the Paris Photo fair has earned a reputation as a must-see event, the world’s premier fair of photography in all its variety. From rare early images to today’s most avant-garde work, Paris Photo has become the global reference for the market in 19th century, modern and contemporary photos.
Every November in the prestigious setting of the Carrousel du Louvre the fair brings together more than a hundred international galleries, a dozen publishers and some 50 specialized magazines. Acclaimed by the international press and always a hit with the public, Paris Photo draws more than 40,000 visitors, among them professionals, collectors, photographers and photography fans in general.
At Paris Photo Scouts will present some of the highlights form their first two years, including the Steven Klein and Madonna collaboration X-STaTiC PRo=CeSS, new images from Hero cinematographer Christopher Doyle, photographs by Kyoichu Tsuzuki that capture the vanishing beauty of Japanese love hotels, and new fabric prints from Royal College of Art graduate Marc Wayland.
