Lisbon fans getting closer to heaven
Our Portuguese friends finally got their hands on the Ticket for the first Lisbon date of the re-Invention tour. Some of the community members of our Portuguese forum are happy to share with all the Tribers the story of “how” theiy got their ticket yesterday morning.

I went to El Corte Ingles because it is close to my home and is on my way to work. I arrived around 10 am and had just 15 people ahead me. The problem was that it took a long time to start selling the tickets because it seems that the staff was having some kind of trouble to print the tickets which means that my turn came only one hour after and there wasn’t much to choose anymore. Furthermore, the first people standing on the queue bought dozens of tickets and I got the impression they worked for El Corte Ingles… In the end, I didn’t get the seat I wanted (I got 2 tickets for section 14 instead of sections 1 or 18) but I was happy to be part of the “lucky group” who will watch Madonna perform in Lisbon for the first time, specially because it’s also MY FIRST TIME in a Madonna concert. Even after buying the ticket, I still felt a little bit sick due to all the tension and concern but it’s all over now. I didn’t have much sleep last night but I’m sure I’ll feel more relaxed tonight now that I know that I’ll be watching Madonna in September. In conclusion, the worst part of the day was when I feared that the machine wouldn’t print any tickets and that as time went by, hundreds of tickets were being sold everywhere. The good part was when I came home and saw on the news that in only 5 minutes, one thousand tickets had been sold! Wow! And I had mine with me!
