Madonna left Instanbul on Saturday afternoon and landed in Rome in the early evening to start her week-long Italian journey that will see her perform at the Olympic Stadium on Tuesday, at Milan’s San Siro on Thursday and in Florence on Saturday.

She already found quite a few fans waiting for her at the hotel, and when she arrived escorted by policemen on motorbikes her cars drove right through the hotel’s gate; it was basically impossible to spot her getting down her SUV because she was screened with a black umbrella.
