In the ”Be Cointreauversial” exhibition in Madrid

This amazing portrait of Madonna shot by Daniel Smith on the set of Guy Ritchie’s Swept Away in 2001 is one of the images featured in the third installement of the “Be Cointreauversial” exhibition organized by Getty Images and Cointreau.

After the first exhibition in London back in 2005 Be Cointreauversial lands in Madrid at the Espacio de Exposiciones of the Escuela de Fotografía y Centro de Imagen (EFTI), in calle Fuenterrabía 4-6, en Madrid, running until April 17 with free entrance.

In this third installment Be Cointreauversial celebrates women at work from all over the world and features portraits of Ava Gardner, Lady Di, Madonna and Penélope Cruz, among others.
