Apparently, what is now known as the “botox/collagene” scene in the Hollywood video, has been censored in the United Kingdom, on the EMAP owned channels (Kiss, Box, Smash Hits, Magic, Q and The Hits). As for the moment no censorship of any kind, has been announced by MTV UK.
