MadonnaTribe can report that the third Elle magazine featuring Madonna by Tom Munro on the cover is Elle France. Here's the first look at the cover which features a different shot from Elle UK and Elle US.
Elle France will hit French newsstands on Monday April 21 and later available as an import abroad.
