Thoughts on Madonna’s ingenious Met-Gala outfit

Check out an interesting article about the fashion news item everyone is talking about – the Madonna Luis Vuitton styled outfit at the MET ball in New York City last night.

The Cut – New York Magazine’s fashion blog – reckons that “on a night dedicated to the world’s most beautiful women, no one – especially a non-model – could win by trying to look the most beautiful. So looking a bit drunk before you actually got drunk wasn’t a bad way to steal attention from Kate Moss and her paltry headpiece. And she got plenty of attention.”

“We thought the drunk-maid look was brilliant, but most papers thought she just looked like a disaster.”, The Cut also says quoting the online editions of newpapers and magazine from the L.A. Times to the Daily Mail.
