The first edition of the Italian TRL Awards take place this month, and Madonna is a nominee in the “First Lady” category.
Other contenders include Anastacia, Avril Lavign, Shakira, and Hilary Duff.
Fans can vote online on the MTV Italia website.
Results will be announced during a special episode of the show airing live on Saturday, March 25 at 8.30 pm.
