Vintage Number One Covers – Part One
Here are two vintage Madonna covers from the eighties. They are from the famous teenage UK magazine Number 1, that was “in vogue” for many years during the eighties and the nineties along with fellow magazine Smash Hits.
The first one comes from July 5 1986 and premiered exclusive photos from the Papa Don’t Preach video directed by James Foley.
The second one is dated January 10 1987 and see the first shots of Madonna on the set of the Who’s That Girl movie, directed by James Foley as well.
