Mina Mercury is back with the Vancouver Party report
Our community member Jaysen, who organized the Madonna Night in Vancouver is back with the details of how the night went:
“We had a record turn out! over 800 people came out to celebrate Madonna all night long! It was absolutly amazing to see everyone just having a great time! We have had quite alot of awsome feed back from people who atteneded the party, and it looks as though it may become an anual party here in Vancouver! The show itself was completly awsome! I dont think I have ever performed for so many people! it was crazy, a sea of people! and their cheers where completly deafining. Trixies rendition of Vogue was absolutly awsome complete with a set of dancers and all! Mandy kamp was completely stunning in her white fur coat, sexy cowboy hat and a fabulous Nikki Harris look a like, Leanne!! for her great performance of Music! Tracy Bell…as usual stunningly crazy! we love her! and the live performance of holiday by a local talent was completly kick ass! My number…well it would not have been what it was if it had not been for my dancers! I love u all and owe u the world! thanks for making it special! Kabbalah received an amazing responce! let me tell you …..the light was shining!! They gave out a new red string book and almost everyone was seen in there very own red string bendal thanks to Rachel and Esther form the Kabbalah Center in LA!! Thanks to Madonna and Caresse for taking the time to answer a fans email and donating the fabulous Kabbalists Do It Better t shirts (they where from the tour wardrobe! reinvention tag and all) to the night! They definately gave a presents of Madonna there!! We had a blast auctioning off the shirts to people! everyone wanted one, during my performance I took off the shirt to toss it and it was like I was Madonna at the concert, all these hands shot up to catch it! In the end we raised a great amount of money for Spirituality for Kids!
Thanks to Patty for bringing Donna DeLory into the evening aswell! It was totaly cool to be able to incorporate such a talented women with her own voice and musical talent! I love her and cant wait for the events this weekend!!!!
Aswell a huge thank you to Donna Delory and the Dream Team for the donations in the raffle basket! Thank you to Sean, the famous Myumee Doll creator! You are an amazing friend and you keep amazing me with your talent everyday and it was awsome to have had you donate towards the raffle basket aswell! thank you for being apart of the nigh!t it made it extra special! Thanks to the Kabbalah Center for sending out 2 of the most energized funky fun girls Rachel and Esther! We had a blast and it was great to meet you both! Thank you for the all the information that you made available to Vancouverites (books ect.)! I am sure that there is loads of more interest and way more Light shining out here in Vancouver because of you!
Thank you for the great donations towards the raffle basket, they truly added something special to the evening! Thank you to Mariam for making my contact with Caresse happen..if it wasnt for you…the shirts would never had been a reality! Thanks also for the fab donations to the raffle basket from www.everybodyfanclub.com! u rawk my world! Thank you to Cotton and Trixie and dj Dickie, Mandy Kamp and all the talent that came out that night to shine their light! u all rawk! Thank you Celeberities for hosting the night! Thanx to my family and friends for comin out and making it special for me! and most of all thanx to Vancouver! for comin out and just having the most fun you could possibly have and making the evening a success! see ya all next year!
